Cons: Location hard to find, pick up and drop off was not at the airport. No option to upgrade vehicle and I still haven’t received my deposit despite assurance that I will receive my deposit it’s been two weeks.

Cons: The car rental company was very dodgy and partly ruined my holiday. They didn't pick us up and we were waiting for long time until we finally took a cab. Then they forgot to give us a car key and finally they didn't want to sign off on our deposit when we returned the car in immaculate state.

Pros: Representatives were friendly. They adjusted the payments to reflect that I would have the car for only 6 days instead of 7.

Cons: Car was atrocious.. 1. Wing mirror was missing (promise was given to replace on day 2...that wasn't done) 2. Glove compartment was broken so was always open...had to be kept closed with tape) 3. Car registration expired on the last day of June...grace period last day of July. I had the car (apparently illegally) driving on the road on August 1.

Pros: Very poor, 1st car had to be replaced due to the rear wheel wobbling and other drivers alerting me to this!! The hir company came out the following day at 3pm, despite assuring me they would be there between 10-11am!

Cons: The replacement car had no insurance and after chasing them for proof of insurance I was sent a screenshot of a cover note which was dated 28.07.23 - 05.08.23!! Meaning I was driving a car with no cover for 2 days!!

Pros: Very good, johnny was extremely friendly and very helpful and waited for me when my flight was delay by 3 hours, he also helped me out in finding my destination.

Cons: It was such a bad place to rent a car from. Would advise everyone to stay away from this. They had just one car for us and it was really old clunker (220000 kms on odometer).

Cons: We waited as stated on booking to stand at Zone C. Waited 30mins to be picked up to be taken to office. A taxi driver lent me his phone to call office.

Cons: the location of the autounion office bad, an old and very disorganized place. Upon arriving at the office, we were informed that the car was not available and after waiting for almost 1 hour we took the car that was used to pick us up at the airport. The car was clean, but not in good condition, a car with high mileage, light on the dashboard indicating some engine failure and a dent in the rear. No assistance after we got an accident

Cons: It seems to me that you take your word for booking a vehicle online only to be told that is different companies that this company has given the car to rent to you, which is unacceptable

Pros: The service was not good overall. The only positive. We eventually got a replacement car along with complaints about how inconvenient providing said replacement was.

Cons: Overcharged initially. Advised that we had to pay in relation to the nationality of the identification we provided. This was not stated ahead of time. Took a very long time to be collected from the airport. Car broke down and we were advised a replacement car would be provided at a specific time,8 hours after this time we finally received a replacement after having to cancel our plans and wait around. Along with the attitude of the person delivering the car. Terrible experience. Avoid avoid!!

Cons: I change three cars before I had one that was efficient that take up a lot of time out of my holiday travelling for south Trelawny to Montego-Bay

Pros: Simone at the front desk was personable and swift to assist when my drivers licence needed to be transported to me

Cons: The desk never gave me back my cards at the time of checking in. However, they were quick to have transported it to me at my hotel residence.

Cons: Bit difficult to contact from the airport since I only could use wifi and their whatsApp was not responding.
