The brake’s shuddered and seems this car had not been serviced for years due to defective door window opener, door hinges, etc. The car had damaged on vertically every panel. I went back into the hire booth and was told they were aware of these faults and not to worry. The car was the only one they had that had not been allocated!

Cons: We got a car demanding service, so we did not feel 100 % safe using it in difficult terrain of the Azore islands. Moreover, there was low battery in the key and we had to visit the desk again to get another one.

Pros: When I finally was able to reach the counter after a one hour wait, she was very quick to get my paperwork done and when I had explained about all the car troubles that I had had on other islands, she gave me a very new car so that I would have a good experience.

Pros: Needed brakes, windshield wipers, bumper draggging ground and completely dirty inside! Also AC not functioning properly. Had to return car and get another, that still did not meet our standards. Very unsafe cars! Representative horrible!!!

Cons: After we returned the car with bad brakes she made us wait, and offered us another car (after a huge struggle to get her to do it) and gave us a newer car, that was just as dirty, and broken! This place needs quality control by the government! Or corporate! How are they allowed to operate this way! Did not feel safe in both Terceira, and Dlores island, will vow never to rent from them again!

Pros: The car was almost new, only 20K kilometres, however there were a lot of scratches. It is nothing as technical condition of the cra was good. It was also clean and without smells.

We were wrongly informed by some agent at the desk so we hat to open a new booking where the price was more than twice the price of discovercars... the agents took more than an hour to perform the new booking. so in total we lost more than 2 hours...

Cons: I filled a complaint book and am waiting to hear back to get a refund: 1.Waiting time when picking up the car: 1 hour (car was not ready because I was 5 minutes early) 2.The back door of the car did not open 3.Scratches all over the car 4.Two signal lamps came on during the rental week. The second time they only replied after 9 hours to tell me that I can continue driving so I lost a full day of rental. I expect a refund at least of 50 € for all this trouble!

Cons: I was overcharged for the missing fuel (it was impossible to tank the car on Sunday as all stations were closed). I was charged for 5/8 of the tank while I should have paid only for 3/8. Watch out not to be scammed!

After such a long time I don't remember all details! I have given back the car on the 2.4.19 and they wrote on the duplicate of my contract that EVERYTING was O..K.! They also handed me over the prove of "Santander Totta", proving that the deposit of Euro 1'3000.-- was canceled. Now they charge meEuro 246.20
