Pros: Another shocking service car was due to be picked up by 13.30 we arrived at 13.20 and we didn’t get our vehicle till around 14.25 which then caused us to miss our check in slot at our accommodation and had to beg them to allow us entry to the park we were staying in which caused us all a lot of stress

Cons: Full of promises over when the vehicle would be there and constantly missed that time slot will never use you or them again.

Cons: If we didnt check the fuel before we departed and call an assistant we would have found ourselves with only a quarter tank !! When we returned the car, we filled it to max ! And then still get charged R23 for fuel!! What for ! I have also discovered 2 charges on my credit card on the 23 February. One for R99,81 and one for R76,48. Can you kindly explain what these charges are for. Please get back to me via my email address as soon as possible.

Mileage policy
For international renters, mileage is unlimited.
A local renter is defined as a renter who is a resident of South Africa.
For local renters mileage is limited to 200 km per day.
The cost for additional mileage (mileage extension) depends on the vehicle type.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Child seat (2-4 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.


Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Driving restrictions will apply to certain locations. More information will be available at the rental desk.
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
