Cons: I was told I was getting an "upgrade" I never asked for one. I then ended up paying £100 more than originally quoted. As a customer I like to pay for what I ask for and not have additions added at the last minute, after a 12 hour flight. I'd have happily paid any extra charges, had I damaged the vehicle in any way, which I hadn't. This is probably more an industry problem rather than just pointing a finger at First but why not as your name suggests, be the"first" to stop scamming your customers?

Mileage policy
For international renters renting more than 3 days, mileage is unlimited.
A local renter is defined as a renter who is a resident of South Africa.
For local renters, unlimited mileage is not offered.
Mileage is limited, there will be a surcharge for each additional km.
