Cons: Price problem ! When I booked the car in september, total price was 608 euro's, included full coverage insurance, payment should happen on the start of hire period, in office Port Elisabeth. When we picked up the car we paid by credit card, and a couple of days later, the amount paid on my account was 1196 euro's ! Pros: I had booked a 28 day rental and expected a Golf Polo. I was disappointed to be given a Suzuki Swift which was so basic it didn't even have a temperature gauge in it.
Cons: As above, I felt I was given a poor car choice. And I had the car for 4 weeks.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: ~€ 940.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications.

The following mandatory surcharge(s) will be applied: Accident Administration fee, Rental contract fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.
There is no maximum age.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): South Africa.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.

Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Botswana, Lesotho, Mozambique, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Eswatini, Zambia.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
