Pros: The car was brand new.
Cons: Mitsubishi attrage has total fuel capacity of 42 litres. I was missing around 5 liters of unleaded fuel (1/8 of full tank) and i was charged 28.66 AED (the price of the fuel is 5.25 x 2.7 = 14.2 AED), which is more than double the real price.

Pros: The renting procedure is simple and flexible, able to provide a car rental prior to the scheduled time, and clear instructions.
Cons: It was hard to seek assistance when returning the car, especially when getting the car at the counter, the representative told us agents can be reached through WhatsApp call, yet we were told when in need of assistance that WhatsApp call is not available and the response speed is unsatisfactory. We were almost late for our flight due to non-responsive agents.
Pros: New car (was about 5000 km mileage), not expensive price, clean car.
Cons: It took a very long time to pickup us at the airport. They promised 10-15 minutes, but we waited about forty minutes. With a small child tired after a flight, this is critical. When booking a car, I pointed out the need for a child safety seat of 9-18 kg, however, the rental company did not actually have such a baby seat, and it was given too large, which is not suitable for our child. But I had to take it, because it's still better than having no baby seat at all.

A Young driver fee is not applied.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, USA.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Driver licenses from the following country(ies): Canada, China, Cyprus, Greece, Japan, Poland, South Korea, Turkey will be accepted only if the translation is approved by the Consulate or Embassy.
The driver license must be written in Latin, English, Cyrillic alphabet.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, Passport or ID card.
It is possible to leave the deposit only with following methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, Maestro credit card.
The following are accepted methods of payment:MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, American Express.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Additional charges will be applied.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
