Pros: I didn't like anything!!!! They arranged with me for the third time to change cars at a certain address. They told me they would arrive in 30 minutes. I waited at 12 at night in a strange and dark place with small children for over an hour and a half. In the end, when I called again, they told me to go, it will take some time. My baby cried and I had to go back to the hotel. They called me after 2 am and my husband got up especially from sleep to change the car which took a long time almost two

Cons: I didn't like anything!!! I'm going to tell my friends, my family, everyone about what we went through with the Hertz. With 3 vehicles in 11 days. When I tried to exit the parking, it turned out that the ticket is not paid and I had to pay over 60 AED to be able to exit the parking.
