Pros: I didn't like anything!!!! They arranged with me for the third time to change cars at a certain address. They told me they would arrive in 30 minutes. I waited at 12 at night in a strange and dark place with small children for over an hour and a half. In the end, when I called again, they told me to go, it will take some time. My baby cried and I had to go back to the hotel. They called me after 2 am and my husband got up especially from sleep to change the car which took a long time almost two

Cons: I didn't like anything!!! I'm going to tell my friends, my family, everyone about what we went through with the Hertz. With 3 vehicles in 11 days. And I will ask everyone not to get hung up on Hertz in life. Either I will receive compensation for all the money I spent on this vehicle. For all the precious time I wasted on this trip. Cons: During return of car the agent abused us of smoking in the car, I don’t smoke at all. Smell of cigarettes was already in the car when Prime cling the car up. Please don’t abuse the customers.

Cons: Hertz website said rental desks still at old airport terminal, so got a taxi from my hotel to there, only to find that the desk is now closed. Had to get another taxi to the new terminal. A company like Hertz should have accurate information on its website.

I asked why you accepted reservation of all those people in the waiting list if you dont have cars, they said we dont know ask the company!! My hotel was so far and i had no options but waiting Then after 3 hours they gave me small car category with the price i paid for the higher category

Cons: Total inflexibility, no empathy. In Abu Dhabi, the clerk named Mohammed is extremely condescending and rude. I had to go to the DOLLAR rental company, they solved the problem right away. At HERTZ, they lied and sent me away.

Cons: It took 90+ mins to pick the car up. There were only 4 customers in the queue ahead of me in the queue and 2 agents so that’s almost 40 minutes per person. Dreadful.

Cons: The car doesn’t have a rear camera, I took a very long time more than a 45 minute to receive the car the process and procedure for getting the car took very long for each person after I drop the card and return back to my country I received a call from the company asking me what is the time and date that I drove the car although the car being handed over to a person from the same company and assigned paper from their site accompany wasn’t sure about the time and date for taking the car..!

Cons: I picked up the car in Abu Dhabi Airport. The Hertz representative handed me over the parking ticket and said that I should use it tocexit the parking lot.. When I tried to exit the parking, it turned out that the ticket is not paid and I had to pay over 60 AED to be able to exit the parking. And this is for a car that I just picked up from Hertz and was parking there for a time period that I have no awareness or control of. This is full responsibility of Hertz.
