Cons: Thay haven’t the child seat that I ordered. So we needed to wait until thay found child seat for us. Thay didn't check the car if it's ready to drive, I got a car with a flat tire!!! I was lucky I noticed it before taking the car!!

Cons: Rude staff. Car requested not available told to cancel if im not happy with it at 2am. Also was told the car i requested will be dropped of to me at some point during my rental period but did not hear nothing from the provider. First amd last time hiring from budget. Been hiring from other providers never had a problem.

Pros: Very helpful staff and very efficient

Cons: The wait at the counter was a bit long. However this was due to it being busy and both staff members were working non stop. The car was given with half a tank of fuel, I have never had this before when renting and thought it was a bit odd that the fuel was not full at collection

Rate excludes
Prepaid tolls are available for 1.51 USD per cross.
Mileage policy
Mileage depends on the rental period.
For rentals of 1–29 days, mileage is unlimited.
For rentals of 30 days or more, mileage is limited to 4000 km per month.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom, USA.
Driver licenses from the following country(ies): Greece, Japan, South Korea, Turkey will be accepted only if the translation is approved by the Consulate or Embassy. Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).

GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) national licences are acceptable if drivers are holding a GCC passport. GCC countries are as follows: Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates. Drivers from other countries must have a valid International Driving Permit plus their own national licence. A national or International Driving Permit alone is not acceptable.
If the duration of your stay in United Arab Emirates is longer than 1 Year, a driver license issued in United Arab Emirates is required.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license. In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

It is forbidden to cross country borders.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
