Pros: The cars were exactly what we rented. They did release the 800.00 per car deposit that they charged us in a timely fashion.
Cons: The representatives were very pushy and implied we would be fined severely if we didn't pick up their collision ins. Despite the fact that our insurance covers rentals in any state. They cited something from our home state to scare us until it and when I called our insurance company they told us that it wasn't even a real thing. They were very cold and unfriendly. There were also more resteictions on where you could travel than I have ever experienced, and I travel and rent vehicles frequently
Pros: agent tried to find a reasonable alternative
Cons: they didn't reserve my car, I didn't get my deposit back, had to spend more time finding a car rental after long day of travel and paid more than I was promised!
Pros: The woman at the front desk was very friendly and told me she would give me a free upgrade to a "better car" The car I received was not an upgrade.
Cons: The car was so dirty on the inside, I had to purchase Lysol disinfectant wipes to clean it. The steering wheel was sticky, the door handle, window buttons, dash and radio knobs were dark with dirt. The car smelled upon entering and there was pet hair on the front passenger seat. The outside of the car was very beaten up with scratches, dings, and scuffs.

Pros: The person at the office in the airport was kind and considerate. I felt bad that he was put in an uncomfortable situation because I was not informed by discovererhire that my reservation had been cancelled.
Cons: There was no service provided. So, I truly cannot say how I felt about the car.
