Pros: Car was upgraded to a larger automatic car which had less than 30K km on it. Very pleasant and easy to drive.
Cons: Please be aware that GreenMotion charged me Euro 30 for "Cleaning". In the small printer of the voucher which I read prior to picking up the car the sentence read "In a reasonably clean condition" - at the desk the agent said the car has to be clean "so that we can give it to another client immediately" which is entirely a different standard. 30 euros is almost the same cost as the car rental itself. I feel this should be highlighted to customers more clearly prior to selecting this company
Cons: Labai bloga nuomonė apie šią įstaigą - atiduodant automobilį, raktelius reikalauja įmesti į dėžutę, o inpekciją daro vėliau, be nuomotojo. Po nuomos atėjo datomis neįvardintos nuotraukos su įbrėžta apatine bamperio dalimi, mano darytomis nuotraukomis nesivadovauja, šešėlius laiko įbrėžimais. Už jų teigimu padarytus paviršinius bamperio įbrėžimus iš sąskaitos nuskaičiavo 950 eurų. Esu supykusi, nusiminusi ir nusivylusi.

Cons: They tried to get me to pay large extra fees when I went to pick up my car. I had a one way rental to a different country, and they told me the cross-border fee was not included in the price. This is ridiculous. I walked into another car company after cancelling my rental from GreenMotion and their agent laughed at how was I supposed to return a car in another country without crossing the border, and of course their company included this in the price.

Cons: I have already applied to the company with the statement of my disagreement with the triple payment for the rental. explaining it by the inconsistency of my driver's license.I travel a lot in Europe with a driver's license and to my deep disappointment in the first time in Lithuania I was refused. and unfortunately this is not a reason to charge triple payment from the client.I hope for understanding.thank you.

Pros: Despite being scared of all possible fees etc, the young two men working at the reception were very kind. Thank you for that.
Cons: I have travelled all around the world and have never seen that for forwarding a letter (even not a fine, just information letter about possible fine) you can be charged 72,60eur! So imagine, what would be if you would receive something more, each time like this??? They wanna appear “cheap” and to catch the customers but they “take back” the price in uncomfortable ways. After being warned and scared when picking up the car of all potential fees I was all rental time paranoid.

Pros: Convinced me to cancel my order with discover and replace it with green motion .We found this approach dishonest and decided to cancel our project to rent a car ...and we left the place and took a bus instead....now we hope to get our money back.

Cons: absolutely fraudulent company. which does not inform its client about the supposed special permit to drive in Lithuania. In England, the authorities accept that the UK driver's license is valid throughout the EU. deceives people and that's it. and after taking advantage of the insurance offered by green motors, for some reason it is already possible to drive. only for double price. cheaters and that's it
Cons: The car rental company GREEN MOTION at Vilnius, Lithuania Airport failed to be at the rental counter, they also did NOT answer phone calls at any of their locations! I never was able to pick up my car! The other car rental agency employees said they were not there all day, even though I had a reservation! DO NOT rent from Green Motion!!

Cons: 1.The rental agents were not on site. it was impossible to get through ! Although the phone was given. which, as it was written, works 24 hours. 2.There was no windshield washer fluid at all!

Cons: Green Motion company refused to provide a car despite full payment.They were referring to after hours even though I had my flight and arrival time. Тhe company also refused to refund the amount paid

Cons: Operators talk with no respect, don't solving problem in any unexpect situation. Day NO even doesn't listened till the end of citate.
Cons: Our plane was delayed by over an hour which caused us to be an hour an a half late while collecting the car. We were informed that the car was no longer available. They offered another car that was far more expensive and he mentioned that the British driving licence was not enough, while offering the most expensive insurance to the point that we thought we were being scammed. We then left to look for another car due to how unpleasant and rude the member of staff was.

Pros: The worst car rental experience I've ever had. When I came to desk to pick up my car, I was told that I have to provide an "international driver license" or to purchase a full insurance (wich I already had from another supplier ). I wans not clear during the rental booking that my license (wich is in English had to be presented in "international format" . They actually mention it the 5ht page from 6 of the agreement in small letters. Advanced payment was not returned.

Cons: They cancelled the booking cause the plane was late. There are no any info of how to find their office (which is the same as Paniek - it is the same company in Vilnius airport ). The staff unprofessional and rude. The impression is that those guys are still living in the the 90’s in all ways.

Cons: It takes almost two weeks to get my deposit released on my credit card, which is not related to my credit card provider (Barclay can surely not considered as a company which needs two weeks to make a transfer).

Pros: Reference DC-2282358. Booking made for pick-up at 22:30 for flight landing time in Vilnius of 22:10. Voucher reads Business hours (Tuesday) 00:00 - 23:59 and Pay at pick-up € 666.40. At pick-up Green Motion request €15 for cleaning fee and €25 for after hours pick-up, both hidden fees not included in the pay at pick-up price. Cons: Whilst the car was delivered with virtually no checks, upon return a very meticulous check was made (luckily no stonechips or any scratches were made). Had to wait about half hour for someone to go check the car with me even though there was people in the office who said "I don't want to", luckily my wife speaks lithuanian and she heard him saying that to the receptionist right in front of me. Had to pay for the car to be washed? Ridiculous. I will not be using this company again.
