Cons: When returning the car to the parking garage, I asked one of the staff members where to park the car and he directed me to the parking spot. However, his colleague made a remark to him that "it's written on the wall where to return it" which didn't sound great considering that it was my first time in that location. I understand that everyone has a bad day but there's no need for such attitude in front of your customers.

Cons: I didn’t find them genuine. Tried to ‘upgrade’ me to a car that was clearly not the standard or spec I had booked because they didn’t have mine in (apparently) only after an hour of debating this with them did the vehicle I actually book become available (and a trip to the car park to point out the cars they said weren’t there were in fact there). Felt as though they were trying to scam me so they could rent the vehicle I booked out again.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: € 850.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 22.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

For vehicles in groups Compact, Intermediate, Fullsize a driver license issued at least 2 years ago is required. For vehicles in groups Standard, Luxury, Premium, Special a driver license issued at least 3 years ago is required.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU.
Licences issued in China are not accepted.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Eurocard.
The following payment methods are accepted: Diners, JCB, Discover, Airplus, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard debit card, American Express Debit card.

All credit cards must be capable of the following: PIN verification; cards without this capability will not be accepted.

For the Standard, Luxury, Premium car group, a minimum of two credit cards issued on the main driver's name are required.

Visa Electron, Maestro, Cash, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.

Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, North Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain-Mainland, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, San Marino.
crossing country borders is forbidden for certain car groups.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Winter tires.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

During winter season (from 01.11 until 01.04) Winter tires are included in price.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
By law, winter tires are mandatory on all roads from 10.11 to 31.03.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 0 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
