Pros: The car was delivered clean and well maintained. The collection and drop off process was seamless.

Cons: The only contact provided is a phone number. For renters with International phone numbers, calling this number would be very expensive. I recommend a WhatsApp number for calling, an email ID and live chat agent as additional communication points.

Pros: Employees were so kind and helpful. We went to their corporate office and they were kind and dropped us off at the actual rental place. I highly recommend. Our car was a hybrid Toyota Rav 4 and we only used half the tank after driving to the coast for four days.

Pros: Friendly service at pickup. Asked for an SUV and got exactly what we asked for.

Cons: They closed at 5pm in Wellington airport and we pulled into town at 6:30pm after along drive so had to drop off the car after hours and give the key to an Air NZ rep at the airport which was 1/2 mile away. I completely filled the gas tank one mile from the airport, but they still charged me an additional amount saying "it was not full." Fortunately it was only $17 NZD but still, the tank was completely full and yet they added a bit more on anyway.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 2990.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax.
Rate excludes
The following surcharges may apply: Toll pass / E-toll device.
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
E-Toll/Sunpass activation fee is 3.00 NZD per day.
The following insurance type(s):Roadside Assistance is(are) not included.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, flight information.
Deposit and deductible policy

Available special equipment: Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.

When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period is without limitations.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.

If the customer is late for a return for more than 60 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges. The supplier will hold the vehicle for 24 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
