Galaxy Asia Car at Kuala Lumpur Airport

Pros: Drop off at Johor Bahru airport easy and quickly.

Cons: It took very long at the desk at (Senai Airport KL) before we could get the car.

Cons: Car was very dirty and had rubbish in it, dirty tissues etc, fruit pips in the glovebox

Pros: Really efficient.

Cons: Just unfortunate pick upwas delayed for an unexpected accident by a previous customer.

Cons: Did not warn client of the difference between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 of KLIA.

Pros: I don't like their car, too OLD, the car shuould be scrapped.

Pros: Good service. They provide good communications letting you know how to find the rental locations. Service was clear and quick

Cons: The car they provided was a bit old but it was running.

Pros: Almost nothing except from the smooth car return process.

Cons: Old car (my estimation ca. 10 yo), bumped and scratched all over, stains inside, high mileage (ca. 100k km), almost no horse power, basic equipment.

Pros: They were present out of hours as I requested and were very helpful.

Cons: the car rental agent looking for picky minor scratches, luckily i video record 360 degree and high and low parts of the car, able to show the agent that all damage/ dented /scratches were original exist during pick up the car.

Pros: Next time please notify customer if you cannot give the same type of car in advance.

Cons: No service desk in car rental KLIA2

Cons: Still holding my security deposit after 2 weeks. I never have such issues with other car rental

Cons: Klia 2 pick up drop off claimed to be available when booking online. Actually has to go pick up drop off at Klia 1. Troubleeee.

Cons: At KL pick up , quite hard to locate the pick up location. It could include a map how to get there instead of just direction guide.

Pros: On picking car up the service was good pite and pleasant person we dealt with. Dropping off The person in the office was much nicer and polite than the person who came.e to inspect the car, he was pleasant and polite.

Cons: Drop off was nightmare the person who came to assist us was a angry and rude young man. He tried tosay we had damaged the underneath of the car, which I assure you we had not. He was so convinced that we had because we did not video the underneath of the car quite a unpleasant experience at the end of our holiday

Cons: No one at counter when arrived at specified pick up time. After paying only was told car was 1 hour away so had to wait for over an hour with small children. Wasn’t called to be told car was ready. Car wasn’t cleaned properly and wasn’t full of petrol.

Pros: Friendly staff, patient clear explanations, no judgement or rushed answers, offered all options and details about each option.

Cons: Had a bald tyre I needed to replace myself, car has some rattling which is very unnerving for the whole trip, glad it didn't breakdown.

Pros: Not 100% satisfied. The agent wasn’t there at the time of pickup, I had to call the and waited about 30mins till someone showed up to help me out. The car is old with over 145k miles on it. The car Didn’t seem as advertised. The agent was courteous. However, I don’t think i will rent a car from this company again.

Pros: They helped out straight away on the first day. We had an issue at a service station, which was resolved through their help.

Cons: Getting to the car rental desk at KLIA1 was not obvious. The airport needs better signage. Car Asia have a dicument to help you navigate to the desk but you need local internet. Recommend sending the document 48 hours before pick-up for international renters.

Cons: Car wasn’t in a good condition. Had some problems with braking, and acceration. Pick up counter wasn’t present. Payment doesn’t tally with what’s reflected on booking confirmation form. (Paid more than what’s reflected) and was charged extra 600 ringgit without informing on a scratch even if I bought insurance.

Cons: The car pick was far away from the arrival hall. The deposit of RM 1,500 took a long time to be refunded about 7 to 14 days. I thought 3 days is good if the car is returned in good condition. Thanks.

Cons: Please keep the car in a good condition for rental, my experience is not so good because the car not really clean when I pick up and a lot of scratches, the main problem is KL should have rainy weather every day, but the car windscreen is not good for raining and the rubber wrip is doesn't work when it is raining, after I pick up the car into klcc it started raining when I know it is didn't work was too late

Cons: The car that I got was not what I booked and the replacement car that I got was disappointing. I could’ve gotten the replacement car at a lower rate if I had known that the Honda BRV would be replaced with a Toyota Innova.
