Pros: Affordability, good quality car and as expected.

Cons: Contact time, although quick, the initial handover is poor and more time needs to be taken to explain some of the vehicle workings. Although I am experienced at driving abroad, it takes a a few hours to acclimatise.

Pros: Reminded me about what lies are told by websites.

Cons: The extras hard sell. The feeling you are not dealing with reliable people. The double charging and difficulty in communicating in English. The eventual refund that still leaves me out of pocket after being forced to waste my time rectifying something that shouldn't have occurred in the first place.

Pros: Friendly staff and very professional, smooth process.

Cons: Not enough Malaysia “ Touch N Go “ card for toll. I has been told just coincidence all cards taken by others car rental drivers.

Pros: Agents spoke English and easy to speak with. Security deposited ( a large amount of RM1200) was refunded very promptly, within a few days after return of the car in same condition.

Cons: When collecting the car the agent has performed a super detailed checking on the car, and keep telling us about the penalty of not doing this and that. Pros:the little small small spots are not made by us,cons: made me wonder if other people open the car door and accidentally caused a small dots on the paints of the car,will I have to pay for that dot too?

When returning the car, I went to another terminal than the one I got the car from, so struggled to find the drop off location, especially it is inside the car parking which is a seperate building beside the terminal halls and composes of 3 floors, however, I called them and asked that someone from the agency comes infront of the terminal to take the car, coz I was already late to my flight and cannot afford loosing more time, they quickly came to take

Pros: The representative Shida was very good in respect of briefing and assurances given was in a very professionally manner. I wish there are more staffs like Shida. She is a very pleasant and helpful lady.

Cons: We had to bringue jack the car next day because personal issues in France we did nit get the refund back we did not use the car it s just unfair and I dont care about the roules of your companies its just normal to.pay the price about the time thats we rent the car and not how we supposed to use it .

Pros: Picking up and dropping off is at breeze. Car (honda civic) condition is great. Fuel is at 100% when picking up. Very Detail instruction of how to return the car at KLIA2. Only problem is.... car is dirty at the time of picking up. The staff dont care abt the cleanliness of the car (exterior and interior).

Cons: I did not get the car, because they did not accept Amex, and I made the first payment by Amex. Am very un happy that I did not have a car, all my plans fell apart. I request a refund.

Cons: When we turned up for drop off, the designated parking space for our rental car was not available and tried to look for another space that belong to Galaxy Asia car, unfortunately nothing was free for Galaxy Asia car. I had no choice and parked my car to another space which belong to another car rental company. Lucky I got away with it and return the car without any issues.

Cons: Old car (my estimation ca. 10 yo), bumped and scratched all over, stains inside, high mileage (ca. 100k km), almost no horse power, basic equipment.

Cons: the car rental agent looking for picky minor scratches, luckily i video record 360 degree and high and low parts of the car, able to show the agent that all damage/ dented /scratches were original exist during pick up the car.

Pros: Not 100% satisfied. The agent wasn’t there at the time of pickup, I had to call the and waited about 30mins till someone showed up to help me out. The car is old with over 145k miles on it. The car Didn’t seem as advertised. The agent was courteous. However, I don’t think i will rent a car from this company again.

Cons: Getting to the car rental desk at KLIA1 was not obvious. The airport needs better signage. Car Asia have a dicument to help you navigate to the desk but you need local internet. Recommend sending the document 48 hours before pick-up for international renters.

(Paid more than what’s reflected) and was charged extra 600 ringgit without informing on a scratch even if I bought insurance.

Cons: Please keep the car in a good condition for rental, my experience is not so good because the car not really clean when I pick up and a lot of scratches, the main problem is KL should have rainy weather every day, but the car windscreen is not good for raining and the rubber wrip is doesn't work when it is raining, after I pick up the car into klcc it started raining when I know it is didn't work was too late
