Pros: All staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cons: Service was great - having traveled by car to the pick up location I found the directions very poor and unclear. Because of this it took longer to pick up the rental car. The same applies to when I returned the car. Signposts and directions were not clear and found myself driving around the airport perimeter a couple of times before entering the return gate. Which was very stressful As I didn’t want to be late in returning. Fortunately I allowed plenty of time to locate the return gate.

Cons: car was not ready, was very dirty inside and most of all needed service. I had to pay to add air to all 4 tires during the rental. The brakes made a grinding noise when depressed and there was a hanging piece of plastic under front bumper that hit ground in some instances

Pros: I enjoyed the fact that the vehicles are smoke free. The rental I had was a new vehicle with 5520 miles on it. It was clean and the fuel economy was wonderful!

Cons: How about the added $35 fee? Why wasn't this transparent? My rental was $90.97, then $110.54. At the counter, I was told we are charging $185 to your card; it is a refundable $150 security deposit, and an additional $35. DiscoverCars stated they don't know why Fox does not disclose this fee.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (with zero deductible), Theft Protection, Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications, Surcharges.
Rate excludes
Many highways in USA are tolled using only electronic means.
All rental vehicles are equipped with a transponder that can be used for paying for all toll roads.
An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
There is an additional charge of 12.99 USD per day for Toll pass / E-toll device.
An E-toll charge will apply; personal consumption will be charged separately at the end of the rental period.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): USA. In order to pick up the car, international renters must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, International Driving Permit (IDP), telephone number statement (as proof contact number belongs to driver).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Insurance
The following insurance type(s) Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is (are) not included for residents of Canada, USA.
The renter can use his/her own insurance, but if this insurance is declined or the renter doesn't bring his/her own insurance, the following insurance type(s):Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) will be available at the rental desk for an additional charge.
Renters who do not purchase insurance coverages from local partner, and who have not arranged for other insurance coverage that is valid in the country of pick up, may be personally responsible to supplier and/or third-parties for damages up to the full value of the rental vehicle and/ or for all damages caused to third-parties and their property.
Deposit and deductible policy


A local renter is defined as a renter who lives within 150 miles of the pickup location and who is not flying into town with a return ticket.
The deposit amount for local renters is 500-1000 USD.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
