Cons: Could not understand agent, did not like how they just wanted you to sign verifying condition of auto without a thorough inspection, did not care for addition of charges. I was to pay only $183.50 and ended up paying $248.22.

Cons: Pretty much everything. It took 2 full hours (!) to get my car, the Easirent agents were not at all on the ball, one of them actually yelled — yes, yelled! — at me for asking him to please attend to the many, man customers waiting on him (rather than God knows what he was doing instead), and so forth. Overall, it was — hands down — the worst, most frustrating car-rental experience I’ve ever had.

Car was dirty, very strong cigarette smoke throughout, each tire had only 23 PSI, was due for a oil change, was 1.2oo miles overdue for service, and radio was not working. Rental agents were slow and on-caring. Overall rental car experience was the worst rental experience ever!

Pros: The price was good and the place is very close to the airport!. Regarding the cleanliness of the car Inside - the car was clean and nice. Outside- there were some speckled white spots like paint spatters. It did look nice enough - it did not look freshly washed and polished dry. The dashboard panel kept saying it needed to be taken in… they assured me it was fine & only an issue with the panel however it would have been less worry without it reminding me to take it for service.

Pros: Enjoyed the flexibility they gave me when my flight canceled. I got a brand-new car so was extremely excited with the product.

Cons: I was pulled over by the police a day after leaving to find out the new tag on the back of the car which was paper was not registered to the car. The police officer told me it was a criminal offense to be driving a car not registered to THAT CAR he suggested i call the company immediately which I did. Representative said there was nothing wrong with the car and the manager never called me back. lest two messages and even emailed from their site. No response!!!

Cons: I lost my driving eye glasses in the shuttle van when I got dropped off at the Airport - - 17th January. "Benji" the driver found it. I called on 18th, spoke with Benji and requested him to mail it to me. I promised to pay the charges and more for the trouble. He did not do it. I sent my friend on Jan 23rd to pick up the glasses from Benji. He is not working for you anymore and NOBODY is willing to help me get my driving glasses back.

Pros: The drop off process went much more smoothly. The male associate that helped me (young 20s, worked second job as chef) was the only employee I interacted with that seemed to care about providing a service to a customer.

My group and another group waited at the airport as every other car rental shuttle drove by us over and over, though we were assured on both calls that the shuttle was “almost there.” Once I arrived, the car I reserved wasn’t there (even though I said I would take any vehicle that would accommodate four people) and neither was the SUV the young mother of two had reserved that had traveled on shuttle also. Employees worked at an almost purposely slow speed.

Pros: The agent who rented me the car was not only helpful but very nice and pleasant. Her friendliness and the manager special that was being offered helped convince me to upgrade the car that I was renting. The manager who met me when I returned the car was also very friendly and seemed to have an extra haste in order to get me checked out and back to the airport quickly. He was also very friendly.

Cons: I was a little disappointed when I first called the phone number to report that I had landed at the airport and there was no answer, but someone showed up very quickly at the scheduled time to pick me and another passenger up.
