Flex To Go at Cologne Bonn Airport

Pros: Many dents and scratches. Obvious bump to the front of the car . The staff at the pick up area recommended to change car .

Cons: Tried to change but was told they didn’t have any other vehicles. The Polish woman on reception was unhelpful and disrespectful.

Cons: The Full car insurance receipt/ Invoice has not been sent to me for a long time.

Cons: Full name is not fitting to print on credit card and no matter what card was not accepted. That cost me extra 140€ full coverage which was not planned. Also asked additional fee for going to France which was not mentioned while ordering. Never ever this shity car rental

Cons: When I collected the car from flex to go their policies that were different than the ones I have signed with the third party (discovercars) . For example needed to pay a higher deposit, clean the car before returning other wise have to pay a fee of 120 Euros, etc. They were not flexible and they didn't honoured the original agreement so I was forced to agree the new terms and conditions. I will never rent a car with them again. The staff were not helpful The boot cover was missing

Cons: My credit card was valid until March 2025, end thet didnt accept it , so they push me to pay extra 344 euro for a new cover , this is ridiculous, they just try to find the way to take more money

Cons: Flex to go company didn't approve Turkish driver license , they want us extra 100 euros for this and 150 extra euros for the travel different country, on the discover cars payment conditions didn't write documents , i changed my booking two times and paid 20 euros ,i give up rent with flex to go, and I did on enterprise at the Düsseldorf airport. So I don't think rent the car on discovercars.com anymore. I lost time and money.

Cons: It stated full fuel, however, wasn’t the case. Also, no one walked around car with me to confirm no damage during pick up, only to put me on the spot to sign papers at pickup desk.

Pros: You canceled my 3day paid in full contract after my plane was delayed by 20hr… I called a day before to say I will be 20hr late and no one told me it would be canceled untill I was at the counter. I had a 3 day rental. And you took 100% of the cost for being 20hr late which was out of my control. But to canceled the full 3 days and not give me a vehicle on our honeymoon. Just wow… that’s the greasiest rental vehicle move I’ve ever seen.

Cons: That the pick up at the airport qas in an area that was not sign posted as we exited the lift. The only signpost for Flex was to the right but our pick up was to the left! Stuff could wear uniform so the guests can identify Flexi staff.

Pros: Car maintenance and conditions were good. Worth the money I spent.

Cons: Is not easy to find the desk in the terminal. Even though they described it and marked on the map, I had a little difficulty finding the route to the drop off location. But I called them and they described again.

Cons: I haven't receive car, no representative in airport, impossible to contact rental agent since 7:00pm, automated message repeating same mesage opening time 7:am closing time 11pm and disconecting call after 6 seconds no mater what time you call, not replaying emails, not possible to contact next day, ruined my holidays, cost me a lot more money to rent car from another company, because of last minute rent, just because flex to go don't care. 11 days later haven't got any email or call from them.

Pros: The experience was terrible. When i come to pick up the car, the front desk was empty. Nobody was at work. 7 or 8 people were waiting for employees fee for a few hours. He come at 10:30 instead 7 at the morning. Same thing happened when i dropoff the car.I didn’t find anybody again. Terrible experience, so much stress. Never again with flex to go.

Cons: Reservamos o carro pela discovery cars em que está explícito que a caução é de 500€ quando chegamos a caução era de 700€ porque não tinha sido no site da flex go. Tivemos também o problema do condutor não ter cartão de crédito não nos deixavam pagar a caução de outra forma, solicitamos a troca do condutor para outra pessoa que tinha cartão de crédito também não nos deixaram, fomos obrigados a fazer o seguro mais caro que já podia ser pago com qualquer tipo de cartão em qualquer nome.

Cons: Even though it was during working hours, there was no one to receive the car. Perhaps my concerns would have been sorted out much quicker if someone was there to help. It's too far to go back to the rental desk when you are heading to departures.

Cons: The employees first told me that because of a flight delay, I would need to pay €60. After seeing my license they informed me they would NEED to apply an all inclusive insurance for the car, because it was not an official International Drivers permit (even though Europcar said it was). I ended up paying €120 on top. Very bad service at the counter.

Cons: Inside of car was not dirty but clearly had not properly cleaned as I found old parking ticket and a pair of tweezers on passenger seat

Pros: Discover took my booking with my credit card which has an expiry date of the end of March 2023, I booked the car and full insurance. Flex to go would not accept my card as it did not have 6 months until the expiry date. Miraculously they could accept my credit card if I took full insurance from them at 60 Euros for one day. This is a scam.
