Pros: Very quick time picking up the car. Pre printed instructions with the return address (Although there could be a lot more Europcar signage to help you find your way). Car was clean. Key drop box provided for out of hours returns.
Cons: More signage required to find the correct garage. Definitely more signage required once inside the garage to find the correct parking space.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 80 % battery charge remaining.
