Pros: The pick up and drop off reps were very good. The cars offered were excellent.
Cons: 1. Finding the desk in Lille was not easy from train station, even with Google maps. Then had to take all luggage up two flights of stairs. 2. The address for the drop off in Paris was incorrectly listed as the pick up address (where there is no parking- so had to park illegally, only to be told to go to another address). The new address was in a car park, the entry to which was down a pedestrian pavement!

Pros: As I said before- staff friendliness, support and felt very welcome.
Cons: It being our first time on France, we were not familiar with the place and it was not easy to find from the Eurostar building- we had to ask others to help us find the place.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
If the car is returned with a lesser amount of fuel, a refueling charge of 20 EUR will be applied + the cost of the missing fuel.
Diesel vehicles are available for an additional charge.
