Pros: Fast pickup, fast drop off.
Cons: I booked a car, got a work van. It was filthy, covered in dust, falling apart and workers clothes under the seats. Door panels also falling apart.
Pros: The staff were helpful.
Cons: The 1st car offered had to be taken away to have the boot cleaned. There was no SUV -Tucson available as request only a more expensive BMW X1 available. Had to go with the BMW due to number of bags and passengers and vehicle preference.
Cons: We wanted to get a manual car, we discussed it earlier, and the webpage signed that it will be fine. By the time we arrived to pick up the car, there was no manual type despite the fact I've wtitten earlier. It was uncomfortable and disturbing at first, didn't feel safe at the traffic because of it.

Cons: The staff were rude, uncaring, the car wasn't ready, the drop off was closed - we weren't told, waited to be shuttled back to the airport - pathetic service

Rental Conditions
Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
The minimum rental age for vehicles in car groups Minivan, Premium, Fullsize is 25 years, and the driver must hold a driver license that is valid for 1 year(s).
The minimum rental age for vehicles in car groups Luxury, Special is 28 years, and the driver must hold a driver license that is valid for 5 year(s).
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
Licences issued in China are not accepted.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Wi-Fi, Cell phone, Cell phone, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Cash is not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
