Cons: There was only agent on duty and it took a very long time to pick up the car and return it. We called the 24/7 customer service number and never got in touch with anyone after holding for 30 minutes. Budget is now trying to try charge us $136 for cleaning the car.
Pros: No hassle or dodgy practice
Cons: Upon returning the car they charged me for some damage to the tire that definitely wasn't checked out upon taking out the car but by chance noticed when giving back the car
Rental Conditions
Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
There will be a surcharge for each additional km.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
The excess/deductible will double if the renter's age is from 18 to 23.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request. Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
