Pros: Car was better than expected. Looked towards Seat Leon or similar, we got T-Roc automatic. Tho didnt like the car itself, it was quite a big upgrade from what we eventually looked towards for. And we liked honesty. The representetives offered additional insurance for accidents for passengers etc, but did not ignore the fact we had insurance from Discover Cars. Mentioned themselves and said , it covers all, but they do have additional insurance in case we are interested.
Cons: Car from outside was quite a bit in dust and dirt. So it was hard to see if there is any damage or not on it. Even going through the list given by rep, we didnt manage to find damages mentioned on papers.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 2000 km per rental, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: € 1050.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications.
Rate excludes
The following surcharges may apply: Premium Location surcharge, Energy Surcharge, Winterization fee, Environmental Contribution fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): Iceland, Norway, EU.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill).
A digital driver's license will not be accepted — you must bring your physical driving license.

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Electric vehicles will be provided with at least 99% battery level. You must return the vehicle with at least 80% battery level.

Winter tires are mandatory in icy/snowy conditions from 01.11 to 31.03.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.

Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 56 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
