Pros: Eren does not appear at any time of the service. People who works for Yavuz were rude, no speaking English, not explaining anything and charging late fees for 2 hours on delay delivery. When I let them know with more than 48 hours that I had an unexpected change

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 890.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 20 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.
Maximum rental age is 70 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 61.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Standard, Premium, Fullsize a driver license issued at least 4 years ago is required.
Local renters must pass a Findex credit check to pick up the car.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 90 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.

Business hours
