Cons: The car was not the quality of car initially rented i.e Renault Mégane rented but provided a smaller ford focus hatch without an adequate electronic car display for navigating, no car display assistance for reversing. Poor quality car with multiple scratches. And the car petrol was near empty on pickup when the rental agreement/ guarantee said it would be full. Also with delaying with a small scratch the company charged 4 times the appropriate amount to fix a small scratch. Not happy.

Pros: quick delivery and redelivery

Cons: The car was fully insured on line with the booking. On arrival the local office asked for additional insurance, claiming that the insurance I paid for weas for the internet provider, not for them. The car was delivered empty and was redelivered full, but no credit to me. The car was hunting when speeding up.

Pros: Honestly, I didn't like anything about them. Had worse experience both while pick up and drop off.

Cons: Worst service ever. They gave me a small cheaper car and left us with no option. The representative was so rude, he said if you want the car take it or cancel it and they don't have any other car. They also said the company doesn't send them the car model and they alot random cars to everyone. What's the point of selecing/ booking a car in advance then.

Pros: Very friendly staff

Cons: Car was newer vehicle but had been driven hard. Clutch was very loose and tires were well past the point they should have been replaced. One was literally bald with a chunk of rubber gouged out of it. Also, the car was to have been rented with a full tank of gas...it was provided with an empty tank (the gas pump warning sign was literally lit up when I picked it up). Meaning that when I returned the car I had to return it just as empty or lose money. Overall, not impressed with AddCar.

Cons: Thought car was ordered on a full fuel pick up / full fuel return, but that was not the case when we picked it up. Hence we ended up nearly running out of fuel and then returning the car with more fuel than it had when we originally picked it up

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 600.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Local renters must pass a Findex credit check to pick up the car.
Customers are only allowed to rent only if they agree to a credit check and their credit score is satisfactory.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.

In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, Country entry stamp that is not older than 6 months.
Deposit and deductible policy


In the event of damages to the car, without providing a police report, CDW and any other additional protection become voided.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains, Winter tires.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 59 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
