Nissa Car Rental at Nevsehir Airport

Pros: Car was a new model and we were upgraded to a larger model

Cons: Communication was very difficult due to language barrier. They took 200 euros extra from us to cover any tolls or fines which we won’t get back for 3 weeks from drop off

Cons: Pick up at Hevsehir, very bad. They try to sell all the time an additional insurance with some amenaces of cost to repair car and street delincuence. Petrol tank was empty at 22h hours at night when we arrived tired an we only look for a easy rent without complications.

Cons: I paid for an extra insurance and the car broke 40 km before dropping off at the airport and they did not replace it or pick me, I was 2.5 hours dealing with them over the phone in a very dangerous area with 40 degrees and without water. I had to pay myself for a tow car ($100 dollars)

Cons: They were difficult at the begging inciting on us getting the insurance, and they asked us to pay them 10 euros for cleaning the car because we didn't wash it, however they didn't inform us at the begging that that was needed, neither the car was too clean at the begging.

Cons: They charged me 5 euros for a cleaning fee they never told me before. They gave me the cat dirty and still charged me. I. Felt scammed and now I fear for my deposit which I hope I will get back. The car was very old

Cons: Hi, first of all when I wanted to collect the car at the car rental location, I was given a lower class Nissan SUV compared to the one I requested for which is a JEEP Renegade or equivalent. Than I was forced to take additional insurance by the car rental company for additional 75 Euro or else I have to pay 2000 Euro as provision for accident. I was left stranded at the Car rental site at Cappadocia, Turkey and was threatened that if I don't agree they will just rent it to someone else.

And I still have the confirmation number. And the hotel we were staying at says there’s numerous complaints about them. Will definitely not recommending this to anyone at all- unless you want to ruin your vacation.

Cons: Nissa Car Rental has no clear designated meeting point at Nevsehir airport. The representative was late to meet us and we almost went with the wrong person. I paid for an automatic car but I was given a manual car for the first day without any form of compensation or discount despite me asking. I was made to pay additional 30 euros for full insurance even though I bought full insurance from the DiscoverCars.com website and they refused to refund me when I brought it to their attention.

Cons: The Nissa representative did not wait for us at the airport gate, where every other representatives from other hotels, agents, tours were there. I have to ask around and walk to see him at the parking lot by myself to find him smoking and talking with his friends. When I found him he just laughed. For car returning, he said he would wait for us at the parking lot, but he was not there. The agent from other rental agency had to assist us with the car returning, since Nissa agent never showed up.

Pros: The car was good value for money, spacious and good condition.

Cons: At pick-up we were told we would be sent the documents via email, and that we would be contacted later on regards drop-off. We called several numbers, and staff at hotels also made calls for us, but nobody gave us any information regarding drop-off. After driving around the dropp-off parking lot at airport, we found a representative from another car agency who helped us.

Cons: Battery kept dying. Pick up was late. Car was damaged. Staff were not very helpful.

Cons: When i booked the car, i saw that there would be a Renault Clio for less expensive or a Hyundai i20 for more expensive. I chose the Hyundai i20 only to be delivered a Renault Clio, saying it was “similar”. Why did i pay more? The renault Clio i was provided had a major issue where after driving a certain amount of time the AC and the Radio would switch off. If i continued driving after that , all the lights on the dashboard would switch on and the car would give a flashing red/orange warning.

Cons: It was long winded process on arrival...First, car was not at the airport as they offered manual car rather than automatic as we booked. Then we waited another half hour them to drive us to their office to pick up automatic car, which was not the one we expected. Car was old and not very well maintained.

Cons: Drop off process was terrible. We were told to call one hour before arrival at AYT. We did and were told a representative would call us to arrange drop off. No one called. We made several more calls with same outcome. We arrived and sat just outside entrance to parking area and made multiple calls and again were told a representative would call us. No call. Waited outside parking area for 20 minutes. We needed to get into airport to check in

Cons: Car was not what I paid for. The car I ordered was a midsize sedan, and I got a small hatchback. The car I got had been smoked in. At least I was able to trade the car I was almost given, which was a stinky mess, with a car that was a bit cleaner. For less money elsewhere, I got a car that was new and clean.

Pros: The rental personal was available right at the exit point from the airport.

Cons: I wad charged an additional fee for insurance though I had take full coverage through discover car rentals. I didn’t want to take a chance so I paid the additional amount. I was also charged for a disinfectant fee which was not in the contract
