Pros: At least they had my car still available the day after.

Cons: Fortunately I purchased the optional full coverage, because upon return the employee found a small damage on the BOTTOM of the car and would have charged me (be mindful...the bottom. I am sure I didn't damage that part, it was probably already damaged, but who would check a invisible part of the car before departing???)

Cons: First off. I did not get the car I payed from home. I wanted a small petrol car, but the stupid rental car agent keeps pushing me to get a bigger car and upgrade but we only want a small car like we ordered weeks before arrival. He pushed me to get a electric car instead if we wanted a small car. We got the electric car because we felt like we didn't have a choice. We returned the electric car. To much trouble. Got our petrol car. But we should had that first time. Never again enterprise

Rental Conditions

Rate includes

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 1500 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1400.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium location fee, Vehicle registration fee, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.

Driver requirements

Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
All non-EU residents staying in the EU for longer than 6 months must present a driving licence from an EU country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form. The International Driving permit must be a physical one; a digital version will not be accepted.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, local address (apartment; hotel; villa; etc.).

Deposit and deductible policy

Deductible/excess will be charged per damage.

Optional extras and services

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Winter tires.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

During winter season (from 01.11 until 31.03) Winter tires are included in price.
Booked extras are not guaranteed. All extras are subject to availability at the rental counter.

Fuel policy

The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges. Diesel vehicles are available for an additional charge.

Additional information

Winter tires are mandatory in icy/snowy conditions from 01.11 to 31.03.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.

Rental period

The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.

Business hours

Service outside of business hours is not available.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 29 minutes.
