Pros: Secondly, the next day we had to go to the airport again to pick up the car we pre-ordered online, and even though we mentioned that we had a receipt for an advance payment of 168.89 CAD (receipt no. DC-6124932/2023) the guy at the reception claimed he didn't see payment and charged us in full
Cons: We rented a car with full accident insurance. We had a small accident and we reported it and even though we paid insurance coverage they charged us a very high deductible of 1500 CAD and it was impossible to argue. What we were told by another company that we were not supposed to pay anything because we had insurance is really a blow below the belt. We felt cheated and very disappointed by the unfair treatment we received. The financial damage is huge

Cons: Not friendly at all, had to pay 11,95 per day but the guy couldn’t tell you what for, he was almost aggressive when we asked him something, took us almost 2 hours before we got the keys.

Rental Conditions
Please check the Rental Conditions for each vehicle prior to booking as some conditions, particularly the deposit and deductible, may vary based on the class of vehicle.
Mileage is limited to 200 km per day, with a maximum of 3000 km per rental.
For each additional km an additional charge of 0.45 CAD per km will apply.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name.
The following payment methods are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, American Express.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Travel to the following territory(ies): USA, Canada (other provinces) is allowed.
Mileage limitations will apply when the car is to be used for crossing province borders.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Delivery/collection service is not provided.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
