Pros: They tried to help us contact Discover Cars. They told us that we were not the first customers who had problems with Discover Cars and that several clients had gone through the same thing — they had not been informed of the price of the extra kilometer nor how many kilometers were included in the contract.
Cons: Slow service, took over an hour to check in. Not friendly.

Cons: They changed from unlimited mileage to limited because I was going to Ontario, which is 2 hours from Montréal! This was not the contract I signed. Routes owes me 165 euros ( extra cost) for the" cross border " ( it is the same country, so that's preposterous and I'm awaiting an extra charge of about 65 euros for the day extra mileage . Completely unacceptable.

It is when you go to the market and a stranger calls you and offers you to come with him to a certain place - a shop so that you can buy from him and he defrauds you! This car rental place is exactly like this type of fraud and deception, as their car rental office is outside the airport - the employees are unqualified

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 6 month(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental. Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): Australia, Canada, New Zealand, USA, EU countries. An International Driving Permit is required (in addition to your regular driver license) if the national driver license is not written in the following language(s): English.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
Learner's permits are not accepted; a full driver's license is required.
In order to pick up the car, domestic renters must present the following documents: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill), full G driver license, 2 phone numbers (1 of which is landline).
Residents of the state where the car is to be picked up are not allowed to rent this car. The customer's drivers license will be checked to determine residency.
Residents of the following country(ies): Canada, USA, who use their own insurance, will be personally responsible for the full value of the rental vehicle.

Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
After one rental period ends, 24 hours must pass before the customer can start another rental period.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes. The grace period will be honored only during business hours.
