Pros: Agent at the drop off: friendly, helpful
Cons: Agent et the pick-up: tried to upsell and upsell and upsell using even lies (there ist no fuel station close to the drop-off, it's complicated, it's on the other side of the airport, difficult to find - all of those was not true) and tried to make me feel insecure: the insurance you have with discover is not ours, if there is a problem, you'll have to pay us and maybe don't see the money ever again. This is manipulation, not service. The clear reason not to rent with Hertz Canada again.

Cons: Felt like I got stung for petrol. I’d originally booked to return full but hertz rep convinced me that he could do me a deal if I returned car empty and they would fill at a discounted price. But having filled the car several times I’m not convinced the rate he offered me was actually cheaper.
Pros: They upgraded me
Cons: Having to wait 90 minutes to get a vehicle even I had prepaid
Pros: Easy pick up and return
Cons: The exterior of the car could have been cleaner.
