Pros: Price was very reasonable
Cons: I was given an upgraded vehicle that was not an SUV as per my reservation. In addition the vehicle was less fuel efficient and recommended premium fuel.
Cons: The car was dirty, some food of the previous driver was still on the car (muffin, chewing-gum, tissus paper),The fuel consumption was to high for this type of car (15L/100km)
Cons: The indications to get back the car at the airport were weak (due to road works)
Pros: Agent at the drop off: friendly, helpful
Cons: Agent et the pick-up: tried to upsell and upsell and upsell using even lies (there ist no fuel station close to the drop-off, it's complicated, it's on the other side of the airport, difficult to find - all of those was not true) and tried to make me feel insecure: the insurance you have with discover is not ours, if there is a problem, you'll have to pay us and maybe don't see the money ever again. This is manipulation, not service. The clear reason not to rent with Hertz Canada again.
Pros: perfect and quick service for picking up and dropping off
Cons: everything fine so far
