Cons: The agent we dealt with collecting the car was rude unnecessarily , poor communication skills . Unexpected and excessive charge on card in case of possible accident claim.

Cons: When I went to drop the car off it was confusing because it was in a commercial car park. I did not know if I could just drive in/whether I would have to pay etc. It was raining, and I had to park outside and go in to find the EastCoast reps. It would have helped if I had been told when I picked the car up, what the arrangement was.

Cons: Overbooked vehicles, was telling multiple clients that had booked and paid that they need to find alternative rentals. I managed to get a car after waiting nearly 1 hour, however, was not the vehicle I requested. The holding deposit ($1000) has been deducted from my credit card not just placed a hold on my card like most rentals. Still have not received my deposit back

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
