Pros: Agent was helpful and efficient. Although we booked the car from 8am to 5.30pm, the agent said we could return it at 8am the next day without extra charge.
Cons: The car was supposed to be picked up at 8am, only got it at 8.40am. The gate to the carpark closes at 5.30pm, so one needs to be back by then, or else, to return it the next morning.

For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license. Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
