Pros: quick and easy pick up
Cons: the car wasn't very clean on the outside and there was some bird doo on the side of the console but my guy quickly cleaned it up for me. At drop off there was only 1 person working the counter with a lot of people waiting in line.

Pros: Horrendous. Arrived at the off site rental property, waited for a long time only to be told the car we requested wasn't available. They told us to go back to the airport and rent a car from the on site car rental sites.

Cons: Not clear directions on how to contact them at the airport. Phone number listed on my paperwork had too many numbers. They should have a sign at the airport as to where their shuttle is located. I didn’t see one sign for Discover Cars or Easirent.
Pros: Return process was easy and quick.
Cons: Didn't have my car and made he upgraded to a vehicle that was loud inside, to the point the people I was talking to on the phone would tell me to call them later when I was out of the car. The car put itself into a parking brake mode and won't release. Worst car I ever drove and Easirent could care less when I returned the car and told him about. They charged me an upgrade to get this car because they didn't have any left, but they did give me 50% off the upgrade charge per day.

Pros: Overall very good experience, great value. On the downs the car messaged it was due oil change as soon as we drove off the lot. Five days into rental we received another warning. This one said VERY LOW oil level. I stopped and checked it. Barely any oil on dipstick. I bought and added a quart from a gas/convenience store and low warning went out. Turned in receipt when we dropped off vehicle. Probably never see the reimbursement. Ending on good note staff and shuttle folks did a great job. Don

Cons: Return at 7:30am which is a common return time had no shuttle and we were not aware of that prior to arrival. Added expense too to get to airport when you advertised a 2 way shuttle.

Cons: Opening at 8:00 am makes turning in the car a pain if you have an early flight. There are no shuttles running from the dropoff location to the airport if you have an early flight.
Pros: Blood on the bathroom floor, long lines and confused customers, pushing the prepaid toll on me (confirmed 2 times my tour does not have tolls). Once I pulled up my electronic personal car coverage the rep questioned the year of my personal car and assumed I did not have full coverage and I was forced to buy full coverage bc it was a Sunday and my insurance did not answer to confirm my full coverage. So I’m out 106.00 for car insurance, yet I have personal car insurance.
Pros: The agents were very nice.
Cons: That I felt ripped off and that an extra $125 late fee was added for me getting to the rental office 1 hour and 30 min kate. Also the shuttle took 30 min to pick us up at the airport.
Cons: Horrible customer service and hidden charges. We had to pay a $500 deposit on the car. No other rental service does this. Shuttle driver was rude, loud wait times, I'd avoid this place.

Cons: Hard to reach the local office to speak to a person. They wouldn’t budge until I became hysterical after 3 hrs on the phone with them and the third party trying to change the pick up date.

We called an Uber after waiting for an hour because we were going to miss out flight. You need additional shuttle drivers and additional support staff for the month of April!

An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
Prepaid tolls are available for 15 USD per day.
If the customer declines Toll pass / E-toll device, a penalty of 25.00 USD for each toll used in addition to the cost for each paid or unpaid toll will apply.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Drivers between the ages of 21 and 24 must provide a driver license that is valid for at least 2 year(s).
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Union Pay.
The credit card must be valid for the following period from the start of the rental: 1 month.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
Cash, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
The daily limit on the card used for payment must be high enough to cover the deposit. Otherwise, purchase of the following insurance policy(ies): Super Peace of Mind Cover is mandatory.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Delivery/collection service is not provided.
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
