Cons: The only 'negative' thing I can add is that I had my heart set on the car I chose during booking the second time but at the pick up I got a different but similar car. Not that it mattered though.

Cons: I booked a mid size manual hatchback so was expecting something like a Ford Focus, or Volvo V40 (as advertised), but was rather dissapointed to get an automatic Opel Crossland small crossover which did not meet my needs as well as a hatchback would have done.
