Pros: Nice and service minded people, reasonable prices, vehicles in good condition and I can continue ..😊

Cons: as usual… they probably don't have all the cars that appear in the offer and start by offering another one that is of course "better" and of course more expensive... you have to pay a "small" difference but 🥲 they offer you a discount😉 It is better to take out additional insurance directly with their company (more expensive 😏), they say, because if it happens to be needed, they will withhold the money from the client and you will later recover it from the company where you are insured.🤔

Pros: The team are great, my flight was delayed but this was no problem. The van was not what I requested, but was in excellent condition with the options I requested.

Cons: It was impossible to speak with anyone or email their team. Their system was down so I did not receive a condition report for the hire vehicle. When I inspected the vehicle it had damage to the boot panel. The contact number on the documentation refers you to a website, Enterprise in the UK. I send a mail to the website, never received an acknowledgement or reply. This caused my stress. The only number seemed to be for roadside assistance which is chargeable.

Pros: Clean car, location close to my apartment

Cons: Long waiting time at pick-up. A damage on the rim was not recorded leading to discussions at drop off.

Pros: Good vehicle, skilled check in agent.

Cons: The check in process was unnecessary slow and onerous. Once I got through the line to the actual check in process your staff member was super efficient and skilled. I watched in frustration as he processed double the amount of others who seemed to prefer chatting and then requesting a good review from each customer. I'm sorry I cannot remember my staff member's name but you need more of his skills!

Cons: The car that I received was not clean enough; the body was very wet.

Cons: Paperwork was fast and easy, but it was terrible to find the car, one level higher than the desk. The lifts did 't work and no staircase available. Agents told us, it's difficult, the lifts just don't work right. We had to walk up and down, where the cars drove up and down. It took forever until we finally could leave in the car.

Cons: Unable to contact the company after pick-up. Couldn't get on the phone with a person. Raised support tickets online, but first one got answered after almost 2 weeks (days after rental was completed). Forget about talking with any human in case of questions or issues!

Cons: I had kept my bottle and forgot about it on car door. After 30 mns went back but by then the agents said it was already rented out and when they were readying the car they didn't find it! Which cannot be right as we had kept it on the door. Clearly they didnt check befire renting it out. Which means when we got the car they wouldn't have checked for cleanliness. The renting agent at the time of pick up was rude and we had a few doubts which she treated with mockery !

I had contacted the Alamos service desk before hand and was totally let down by the staff. When I arrived in the morning there was nobody at the service desk, and the staff at the garage was clueless. After waiting 2-3 hours I eventually left with a car that did not fit my needs. Meanwhile my baby was crying and we were under stress ,another lady from Alamo agreed to help us and give us a car with 7 seats with additional payment of 1190 CHF !!! when the price for mercedes vito according to my reservation is 741 CHF This is a different level of the car, much lower!! But we had no choice but to agree because we needed a car to get to our destination and to feed and put a sleep our baby!!

Cons: I did not like the behavior of the Arab female Egyptian nationality, because she changed my reservation and mentioned the negative aspects of the car that we booked. She searched without asking us and chose this car for us at an exaggerated price, although I recommended her to look for a car of the same value for us because my budget is average!! My friend searched for another rental company for the same car at a much cheaper price with comprehensive insurance. and didn't 500€ deposit !

Cons: Upon getting the car voucher, It was written that they will charge us CHF500 as an car deposit money, when I was collecting the car they informed that I have to pay CHF2000 as an deposit. I think its because I didn't purchase the full insurance from them. So, everyone please beware of it.

Cons: You cancelled our car rental order . Our flight has been cancelled (we sent you a copy of flight cancellation)and we informed you immediately . You even confirmed to us receipt of our e-mail. When we arrived in ZH airport the next day, (less than 24 hours) you cancelled our rental car. We are going to sue you and request your money back.
