Pros: Friendly and helpful representitive.
Cons: Had to ask for documentation showing flaws on the car - this was not given automatically. None of the flaws I found had been documented so we spent time inspecting the car and documenting them.

Cons: היו ברכב דברים שלא עבדו כמו מטען שזה מאוד ישוב בטיול. וכן היה הגלגל היה יבש מאוד והתפוצץ באמצע הדרך מה שגרם לעוגמת נפש בטיול. הרכב התכבה לנו בלי סוף באמצע הטיול וזה היה מציק ונדלקו 2 מנורות אזהרה.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 900.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.

A Young driver fee is not applied.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 365 days.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
