Cons: Car supplied was unroadworthy. Major fault that put lives at riskl They were not aware that car was a deathtrap and exchanged car promptly. Not sure if they should have been aware of fault. All steering disconnected pulling car into oncoming traffic. If more traffic we could now be dead!

Pros: Great service when collecting car, but was charged 60euro for out of hours service due to returning time 4am. But when I called to sort returning car back. I was told no 1 would be their to accept the car. Just leave it open & put keys in the glove box. With parking ticket. Again when I picked the car up & left airport I had to pay 6 leva because ticket was old. So I am asking will I be refunded the 60euro for services not provided & parking ticket money.

Cons: Also when will you be refunding the 100euro security deposit. The car was completely washed & cleaned before returning it. Ready for next rental. Thanks

Cons: Very poor service. I will never use it again. The guy is in different town 75 miles from the airport. I didn't received the ordered or similar vehicle. I booked estate received Meriva and Megan XL, The car was durty and much older than the advertised Hyundai i30 estate. Vehicles are not delivered to the airpot. I picked it up from the filed near Varna. When I return the car I was told that I damaged it. I was lucky that I made photos on collection.

Pros: No welcome at the arrivals hall...because they were not allowed in the terminal. No credit card options....had to pay cash in a carpark which was odd and uncomfortable..

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 100.00), Theft Protection, Contract fee, Toll device, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Vehicle registration fee, Environmental charge, Tourism levy, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following payment methods are accepted: Cash, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
It is possible to leave the deposit only with following methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Information on the exact fee amount is available by request.
Details are available from the car rental company's reservation office.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

The following option(s) is(are) included for free from 01.11 to 31.03 as a special offer: Winter package.

Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
