Cons: small shuttle bus from the airport didnt fit enough people, left me waiting in the heat for >30min. only one person working waited an hour to be seen. charged upon pick up when i shouldnt have been because the person working was rushing me and didnt let me explain. i am still waiting to hear back from them for a refund. got given the wrong car much bigger than i ordered, had to argue and wait 30min to be given another car of wrong transmission and go over this loop again. never using again!

Pros: When we arrived from airport couldn't see anyone to pick up us, we go outside look around and found them far from door.

Cons: Shockingly dirty inside first AND second car offered. They offered a third car - an upgrade- as an apology.

Pros: Our flight was delayed and the staff stayed on after office hours to make sure we got our car. Also the professional and courteous service we received from the staff was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Pros: They don't mess about. Yes the lady tried to just add the excess insurance then tried the hard sell but once I said no she stopped. Normally they just ask "Do you want the excess insurance" and I say "No thanks" and that's it.

Pros: From the airport pick up at Murcia the lady driving the shuttle bus was welcoming and very happy, the staff at the pick up were efficient and friendly. Couldn't fault the service I received. Thank you

Pros: Centauro are most definitely HORRENDOUS… tried to scam me for £500 from a previous hire that luckily I still had the collection photographs for!!!!!!! My deposit was returned to me and the woman had checked tbe car against my photographs and video… then returned my deposit immediately… 10 months later I was told I must pay 500 Euros for scratches on a door… Luckily I still had the collection photos showing the scratches were on the car when I collected the car!!!! WHAT A MASSIVE SCAM!!!!!!

Cons: The agent didn’t understand the fact that I only wanted a deposit taken off my card and tried to sell me the full insurance. She told me the car was brand new so any scratches would be paid for. It had many defects and had 57,000 km on the clock!

Cons: They didnt give me a copy of the contract. I had to ask them to email it to me the next day.

Pros: The car was fine. The policies for charging money to customers that is hidden and or ill explained is not. A two day rental that was supposed to cost $93. Or, ended up costing $323. There was a drop off charge not explicitly told on the website. $120! There was a gas fee- explained to cost $90 for prefilled tank so can return empty- this was not true. Car only costs $50 to fill up. And when I returned it they kept all of the money plus.

Cons: There was another problem with returning the car Because if a road closure we were 2 hours late. I knew it would be more, but they were charging me another full day. I said ok, well keep and return tomorrow. This was not an option. Then, she mentioned that it was fine it worked out that it came back that we had the old no more money so at this point it’s only 200 and now it’s $270. When the invoice arrives in in about 20 more minutes, we did we were indeed charged another $54 for the rental

Pros: Centuro are an honest rental company unlike some others. Their customer service is excellent and the cars are always of a very good standard. I have used this company 6 times without an issue and highly recommend. The only company I would use when I visit Murcia Spain.
