Pros: Super friendly service, good car, and they sorted out a police fine we had to pay efficiently. They take amex which is handy. Easy to find in arrivals

Cons: Worth checking the gas - we thought it was full to full but wasn't. Also not obvious where to drop off on return - but you can just park the car and give them the car park ticket

Pros: Excellent company. The agent just asked me if my Amex Platinum covered my rental insurance and that's it. No pushy sales tactics, no pressure. Perfect transaction from an ethical company

Cons: Only thing would be to provide cars with full tanks. My car was provided practically empty forcing me to waste time refueling immediately and we all know how hard it is to return a car empty again

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 30 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 85 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 5 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

For driver licenses from countries not party to the Geneva / Vienna Convention on Road Traffic (e.g., China), an official translation of the license in the following language(s): English, together with the original license, must be presented.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).

When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 240 minutes.
