Pros: Efficent friendly service. I want to particularly would liek to acknowledge the lady who made the effort to come out to our car during the drop-off i.e. going over and beyond of what was expected!

Cons: Very long wait of over 45 minutes. Not enough staff to deal with volume of customers. Also had to pay £2000 deposit on credit card, not clear when booking and one of my group didn’t have a credit card with them.

Pros: I have been overcharged by £100 form my booking. The agent at the pick up tried to charge me €414 to fully cover the car for the week bearing in mind the rental was €164. The agent named Liam attitude was terrible. I had 2 f my kids with me it was pouring rain and when I refused to pay €414 he became really defensive. I will never use Budget again.

Cons: Not being able to put the excess deposit on a different card to the payment of the vehicle hire. Also the wait for the car was very long. Lastly, it was 2019 car but it had no airconditioning which was a problem

Pros: The car was almost new, in great condition. We couldn't decide if we wanted to add an extra drive for the full 6 days and Budget took details of my wife's driving license and said to ring up when we were ready to add her name. We added her name for two days instead of 6. Great.

Pros: Salesman had well practiced scaremongering to customers regarding paying to remove any access charge if there was an incident with the car. Very calculating and deliberate in efforts to get tourists to part with well over E200.00 or get E2500.00 of your credit card frozen. I took the latter as I resented paying that man more money for the excess charge than I paid for the car hire. Another man did not have sufficient on his credit card and had to pay E180.00 with no other options available.
