Cons: The car didn’t have a conventional handbrake and there was no one to help apart from Google. No one to check the car over afterwards either . It had several bad scratches before we picked it up.

Pros: Nothing.

Cons: The Service provider said that I had booked the wrong place and even though it was with the same company they couldn't offer me any compensation. They told me that i would have to accept the loss and book again. This was a common mistake it seems and I spoke to another couple at the desk who the very same thing happened. They were fortunate in the fact that they had just paid €23 deposit but I had paid in full before hand. A lot of the questions didn't apply to me as I didn't even see a car.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 2000.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 99 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Cross-border policy
It is forbidden to cross country borders.
Using a ferry is allowed on the previous request and for an additional charge with special permission from the car rental company.
Details are available from the car rental company's reservation office.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 60 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
