Cons: The staff in the Windhoek airport wasn't very clear about what we had to pay. Finally everything was correct but we lost a lot of time.
Rental Conditions

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1925.00), Theft Protection, Contract fee, Free modifications, State Tax, Environmental Contribution fee.
Rate excludes
There is an additional charge of 165 NAD per rental for Carbon Emissions Fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee of 19.51 EUR per day applies to drivers under the age of 21, with a maximum of 273.14 EUR per rental.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Drivers between the ages of 18 and 20 must provide proof of private insurance coverage for the rental vehicle.
The driver license must be written in English alphabet.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, South African Identity document, booking voucher, travel permit from the health authorities.

Optional coverage
The following additional insurance policies are available at the rental desk: Glass and Tyre Cover (GTC), Super Collision Damage Waiver (SCDW), Super Theft Loss Waiver (STLW), Hail Damage Waiver. Charges vary, depending on selected coverage plans and car groups.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
In the event that extra insurance is purchased, the deposit might be reduced or even not be blocked on the customer's credit card.

Geographical restrictions
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Botswana, Lesotho, South Africa, Swaziland. Written permission from the rental company is required.

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

The maximum rental period per agreement is 45 days.
