Pros: Helpful staff. I arrived early, and the car wasn't ready, but they fast-tracked it for me. Car ran well the whole time, even with five people and a boot full of luggage. Was clean, and had Bluetooth audio. Nice and compact for the city streets. Okay on fuel (about 7.5L per 100km by my calculations). I used one tank for my entire 12-day itinerary around Phuket.

Cons: Flew into the international airport. Was told the counter was in domestic, but couldn't find it. Apparently you have to go through security back into the domestic terminal. The info desk outside said to just ring them, and they'd come out. They did, and all was well after that.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, First additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 425.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Cross-border policy
It is forbidden to cross country borders.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 240 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
