Pros: The only thing I liked about Yesaway was the quick pickup facility

Cons: I refueled the petrol tank to full just 15 kms before reaching the airport for drop off, but the car had already lost 1 point fuel due to which they charged me 350 Baht for it. This is very unfair

Cons: Headlight was weak. Security deposit of 10k Bht, not clearly stated in contract how and when will be released. Insurance process if taken from Discovercars is not entertained by Yesaway. Mobile holder would be good if provided.

Cons: The quality of the car. The A/C worked intermittently, the rear licence plate fell off, there was no bluetooth for the stereo and it wasn't compatible with my Samsung S20 through the AUX jack so we couldn't connect our phones for Nav or music.

Rental Conditions

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 265.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

An International Driving Permit is required (in addition to your regular driver license) if the national driver license is not written in the following language(s): English, Chinese, Thai.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card.
Deposit and deductible policy

Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to leave the deposit only with following methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
The following payment methods are accepted: JCB, VISA credit card, Maestro credit card, Union Pay.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Additional charges will be applied.

Additional drivers are allowed free of charge.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 40 days.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 120 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 59 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
