Once you have collected your baggage, exit the terminal and immediately turn right to follow the walk way which will lead you to the Shuttle Bus shelter. The Shuttle Bus will pick you up and transfer you to our branch to collect your rental vehicle.

Pros: They picked us up at the train station and dropped us off at the airport, quickly and efficiently. Rental agent was great explaining everything and got us on our way quickly. At the end, dropped off the keys and got on the shuttle to the airport. We were at the airport within 20 minutes of arriving at rental facility.

Cons: They took a while to deal with a pre reported and logged minor accident on return and took a whole £750 'excess' when the damage would have cost far less than this to repair, despite the online agreement having mentioned only £500. They said that the excess was not in fact an excess but just a flat amount to pay for any damage from £1 - £10,000.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1200.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Road tax, State Tax.
Mileage policy
For rentals lasting from 1 days to 3 days, mileage is limited to 250 miles per day.
For rentals more than 3 days mileage is unlimited.
Details are available at the car rental company's reservation office.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 4 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, flight information.
Residents of the following country(ies): United Kingdom are required to present the following document(s): valid driver license, bank statement or utility bill, ID with photo in order to pick up the car.
The following document(s): bank statement or utility bill must not be older than 3 months. UK customers must bring their DVLA check code along with their photo ID. This check code can be obtained from the DVLA website.
UK residents that hold a non-UK licence may drive in the UK for up to 12 months from the time they become a resident. After 12 months, the overseas licence will be deemed illegal in the UK and it must be exchanged for the UK equivalent.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card and will be released within 30 days after drop-off.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.

Deductible/excess will be charged per damage.
Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
It is possible to leave the deposit only with following methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card. Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
The following payment methods are accepted: Visa Debit Card, MasterCard debit card.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

It is allowed to add up to 4 additional drivers.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Please note that the rental company will check for any endorsements or penalties (traffic offenses or penalty points) on renter's driver license and that renter may be refused the car if there have been any in the last 5 years.

Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are allowed in icy/snowy conditions.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days. If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 30 minutes.
