Pros: The agents were friendly and professional, gave clear instructions and informed us properly (fuel type, parking code, times...). They did a great job.
Cons: The pick-up queue was a bit long -nothing to blame on the agents: it just seemed like everybody from our flight had booked a car. It could probably help if more staff would be available during peak times.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1800.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Premium Location fee, State Tax.

Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 74 years.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Israel, Mexico, New Zealand, South Africa, United Kingdom, USA, Colombia, Bolivia, EU countries.
The driver license must be written in Roman alphabet.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
UK customers must bring their DVLA check code along with their photo ID. This check code can be obtained from the DVLA website. In order to pick up the car, domestic renters must present the following documents: proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill), that matches with the home address on the driving license.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 70 % battery charge remaining.
