Pros: Arnold Clark staff were great - friendly, helpful, and very efficient.
Pros: Very good service when collecting the car. Quick, but had everything explained and was impressed that someone actually came out and showed the car/existing damage.
Cons: Told shuttle bus to the airport would be 10am, was almost 20 minutes late. Not a major issue, just a little annoying when you have a flight to catch! But staff were very helpful and polite.

Cons: Difficult to locate shuttle bus stop outside Inverness airport, no signposts, very unclear.
Pros: Excellent service. Car was upgraded to a larger car. Hybrid and thoroughly enjoyed driving it. My son left his headphones in the minibus transit to the airport and they went above and beyond to get them to us before our flight.
Pros: Only rental company we found that didn't charge silly amounts for a child seat. Other companies wanted £90-100 for a week. Arnold was £7 (£1 per day)
Cons: Could have been a few more people at the desks. There was a bit of a queue when we arrived which is hard work with a tired 6 month old
