Cons: Kia rio was almost brand new. Couple of months with 17k km. the car already had a lot of small scratches and damages all around the car. Nicely drawn on the rental form so you can see arrows all around the car. The rio was kindly slow. Not enough power to manouvre through the many many mountain roads.

Pros: Excellent service. Had to change my pick up airport and time/date at the last minute to to a flight cancellation and they sorted it for me without issue and no extra fee

Cons: The car was not that confortable as we expected because the suspension (left tyre) was not that good anymore; navigation did not work properly

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Additional driver, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 400.00), Theft Protection, Outside of business hours, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Snow chains, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Road tax, Vehicle registration fee, State Tax, Delivery fee.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 23 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.
Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 3 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.

Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
