Pick-up instructions
When arriving at the Calgary International Airport proceed directly to the rental counter. This is located within the Rental Car Centre, level 3 of the Parkade and directly across from the airport Departures level. Please note, all cars must be picked up and dropped off on-airport. Follow the signs to Alamo and proceed to the counter to obtain your rental agreement and vehicle keys.

Pros: Our car broken down in wildreness and due tu unefficient service at car replacement we lost whole day of our vacation waiting
Cons: Inefficient replacement of broken car Not real willingness of staff to help us while stranded claiming that we are not in danger. Promise for replacement next day, we lost our prepaid accomodation but the replacement car was not ready, another 4 hours waiting etc. Never more Alamo!

Cons: the fact the agent booking the car didn't want to mark a number of items on the sheet - but when arriving in Vancouver the agent they honed in on them straight away and if I hadn't agreed originally I'd have been charged for them

Pros: Pick up and drop off procedures were quick and easy. Staff were pleasant.
Cons: Car could have been cleaner when we collected it. It was quite dusty and there was a plastic bottle and sandwich wrapper on the floor under a seat.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 550.00), Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.

An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
E-Toll/Sunpass activation fee is 4.95 CAD per day.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, the renter may purchase a tank full of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty.
In no case will a refund be given for unused fuel.

The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days.
