Pros: Simple, easy, and friendly.
Cons: When calling the front desk of Avignon station, no one answered. We were forced to drive in person for 35km to ask a simple question (if dropping off keys is allowed at car return), and found 3 staff were chatting. That was unacceptable! For that single reason, I would recommend you with reservations.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
If the car is returned with a lesser amount of fuel, a refueling charge of 20 EUR will be applied + the cost of the missing fuel.
