Pros: Terrible service , I paid an extra £50 to drop off the car early and no one showed up to the desk , I contacted them several times and they said , sorry we can’t come early to process everything.

Cons: Slow and not efficient. The car was extremely dirty and I was told to go and clean it. There was no good service and on top of it , I paid for something which they could not deliver.

Cons: Hidden cost insurance You sell full coverage but they had us to pay more to get full coverage as they told us your full coverage is not 100% coverage There was a problem in the car, before I even explain the agent responded We don’t have any car available to exchange, after I took the car to the agency even I paid for on location repair service . He check it then agent say there is a problem in the tire, it will talk hours if I’ll repair, it’s a faster if you take it to tiers repair shop.
