Rugged Rental is the ACE vehicle provider in Salt Lake City. ACE Rent a Car is a short shuttle ride from the terminal. Free shuttle service is provided. Please call our office at 1-800-977-9111 upon arrival to dispatch the shuttle van which runs on demand and then proceed to the shuttle stop area. The off airport rental car shuttle stop is located just outside the rental car lobby. Look for the blue "off-airport rental shuttle" signs to find the right place. Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage (except for local residents), Vehicle registration fee, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): USA.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, Insurance.

If opting to self-insure, the renter must have a full coverage policy that includes the deductible, physical damage, and liability.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.

The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
